This beautiful two bedroom apartment is located in the very heart of Soho. The apartment is very popular and sleeps a maximum of 6 people in 3 double beds (one sofa-bed) making it a perfect base for larger groups or families (additionally a child’s cot and folding beds can be provided on request). The apartment occupies the two top floors of an eighteenth century town-house and shares the building with two offices so no noisy neighbors. On the lower floor are located the two bedrooms and bathroom with bath and shower. These rooms are also available to rent separately as Frith 1 & Frith 2, for more details please click on the links. On the upper floor is a spacious and bright open-plan living room with kitchen area. This stylishly decorated room contains a sofa bed and can therefore also be used as a bedroom. The room is also furnished with an additional sofa, a glass coffee table and a large television. Windows facing both east and west fill the room with light throughout the day. Additional light and air is provided by a door leading onto a fire escape from which can be glimpsed the top of the London Eye peeping over the rooftops. The kitchen area is separated from the main room by a large breakfast bar. It is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, blender, kettle and toaster. There is plenty of preparation space offering an alternative to eating out. The kitchen also has a washing machine and tumble dryer should you require them. Wifi internet access is available throughout the flat at no extra charge. Each of the rooms contains a television set with Freeview digital receivers providing numerous free TV and radio stations. High above the street this apartment is surprisingly quiet although street noise can sometimes be heard from the smaller bedroom at the front of the building. This truly is a perfect affordable home away from home from which to see London. Guests who have stayed here are never disappointed.

Hanson Apartment

A homely cottage type feel in a mixed modern/vintage apartment. The living room has an L shaped sofa which can be slept on as 2 twins beds or as a double bed. You have wooden floors throughout, and windows in each room. We are a no smoking property but respectable smokers may smoke outside in the outdoor patio area which is also useful for small children and pets. We're animal friendly - yet have only had 1 set of pets in 3 years of holiday rentals.
This is a family owned rental. The main door and hallway is shared the owner´s father, a London University professor. Otherwise you're completely self-contained with no-one watching you come in or out, or hearing your parties! This is a clever choice if you'd like to have more space than a local hotel of equivilant cost. You save cash having the choice to make your own breakfast or meals, and you gain a local living experience.
