MAKING A BOOKING
STEP ONE - ENQUIRY
Contact me at: dan.higley@dsl.pipex.com with the following information:
-Accommodation requested.
-Arrival and departure dates
-Total number of nights.
STEP TWO - AVAILABILITY AND PAYMENT DUE
I will then email you back to let you know if I have availability for the dates you need. If so I will also notify you of the price. Please note: Paypal charge commission which I will add to the cost of your booking. All information on cost of booking and commission will be emailed to you if I have availability.
STEP THREE – USING PAYPAL TO MAKE PAYMENT
Once you have received an email confirming availability and cost you can make payment instantly by clicking the ‘buy now’ button below. This enables you to pay using a credit or debit card or a paypal account if you have one. In the description field, please include accomodation name and dates of stay.
IMPORTANT
Please DO NOT make any payments until I have confirmed the availability and price of your desired accommodation.
Please be aware I cannot confirm a booking until I have received payment and will not hold a property without one.
I understand that some people are uncertain about sending money over the internet but at present this is the easiest and most secure way I have found to receive payment. I am a verified paypal user which means I have passed all paypal’s anti-fraud security checks. Please visit www.paypal.com for all information.
STEP FOUR - CONFIRMATION
When I have received payment via paypal I will contact you within 24 hours with booking confirmation and all information you will need about checking in to your accommodation.
LONG STAYS
On occasions when the total cost of your stay is greater than GBP 500 I will accept part payment as a deposit. In these cases the remainder of your payment must be made either prior to your arrival or on arrival but no later.
ALTERNATIVES
If you have a UK bank account I will accept a bank transfer into my account. I will not accept international transfers as they take a long time and often have commission deducted by handling banks along the way despite promises of no commission.
If you have any questions regarding payment please don’t hesitate to ask me via email. I am open to negotiation regarding deposits and may on occasion accept cash when the dates of stay are within a week of your enquiry.
